you can allow Javascript in your browser, just depends on which browser you use. For Firefox go to -> Tools -> Options -> Content -> Enable JavaScript, for Internet Explorer that link should help http://www.activatejavascript.org/index.php?browser=ie

ok, did what you said, i tried to do it in firefox and IE and still tells me to enable java but i have that setting on? not sure what to do..
