Is it possible to stop new members seeing images till they have posted at least 5 times?

Create a group without permission to see pics them move the new members to a group with rights to view pics after they have 5 post

I've created a new members group but how do I stop the images from being seen?

User>>Groups>>> groupname>> scroll down and set permissions for each forum and subforum
