Help from Support Team needed regarding subscription renewal

Hi there, my forum subscription is due on 1st September, I shall not have access to internet to initiate the payment and that situation may persist for a month. Is there an alternative way of making payment or can I pay ahead of time? When I look at the 'premium rates' tab in the administration section of the forum there any options to upgrade but no way that I can see of paying to stay at 'Basis' subscription that allows payment in advance. |
