HELP

One member needs to have his avatar changed.
I made certain that the new avatar was sized as defined in
. Layout => color & settings=> max avatar width and
. Forum => Preferences => Max avatar size

Moved avatar to Users => Profile Settings =>User images and Avatar
Member can see the avatar(profile => edit => avatar gallery) but not save it to his profile.

I tried to change the avatar under Users => Members=> pzldr :
I can enter location of new avatar but the update button does not work.

For some reason Users => profile stings => avatar is x’d out for change and I am unable to modify it. .

What did I miss?

More information:

I tried using the newly uploaded avatar, I was able to change my avatar to the new one, save it, then change back to mine ....
both on member page and on my profile page

BUT pzldr can't change his avatar not can I - neither on his member page nor on his profile page. What is different on our accounts?

And More Info

I noticed that in Users => Members => pzldr

the space to the right of avatar is blank and the 'clear' [ 'Löschen '] clickable is missing.

I suspect this happened when the member attempted to use the avatar gallery
