    Nevermind I got it to work. I didn't do anything different. I just went completely out of the forum, then logged back into the admin section, clicked the arrows again and this time the forum moved down. So all is well!

    I just created an new forum named "Entertainment". I am trying to move it down so that it will be the second to the last forum. In the admin section, when I click on the down arrows, a message comes up saying the forum was successfully moved, but in reality, it has not moved. It it still sitting there on top as my first forum.
