I help with admin on a small forum, We have been taking members for 2 weeks. We will shortly need to upgrade. The question has been asked whether that will disrupt our forum during the upgrade? Thanks in advance.

And now we have upgraded the forum, we would like a domain name. Two questions please:

1) I assume the exisiting xobor.com name will remain in use? The proper domain name will simply point/link to the xobr.com URL?
2) How do we apply for a domain name please?
