I've looked all over but I can't see any option for this. Any ideas?

Hello,

you can upload a header or a footer into your forum. There you can place your logo.

Go to admin -> layout -> header & footer and place a link where your picture is uploaded.
Or go to admin -> layout -> header & footer and click on "Upload images to use in the forum" -> upload a picture -> and copy the link "Bild im Forum einfügen:" into your header or footer.
