What has happened to my emoticons? I used to see these to the right of the text box when replying to or starting a thread. What can I do to get them back again please?

What's happening? Why is there no reply? Is this typical?

1) no I don't know how to change anything in the css and only ever do things like deleting posts or threads, moving a thread or deleting a non active member. No other admins are active.
2) This affects everyone who is a member of the board, not just me.

I did change the footer code but that was a week before the smileys stopped working. Haven't done anything with the template or uploaded any new icons.

I still have not got any icons on my forum 561367. I have not been working on the forum, they've just disappeared. Anyone got any ideas?
