Currently I 'sent' a newsletter yesterday on our site with the timer set to 10 mins after completion, just looked in my inbox and asked my comrades to look in theres and it hasn't arrived.

Please tell us with wich email-providers you do not receive the newsletters.

I use Hotmail.

Not a single one of our members have received it

When I look at the Email sent in the admin panel it says this.

07.07.2013 - 19:10 Yes - 07.07.2013 - 20:15 0/59 (59)

It says it's sent, yet 0 people received it, didn't even send the preview one it sends.

And all of them are using hotmail, too?
I'm asking because we get this information from our german customers, too, but just with some providers. Some of them get the mails, and others don't. We are trying to find out wich providers don't get our mails.

I don't know how many use Hotmail, none of the mails have arrived in there inboxes, it says they've been sent though.

@Alice I suspect it could be a Networking error with the servers rather then with the coding.

Just an in between information:

We have contacted some of the mail providers, but we received no answer until now. If we get some more information, I'll tell you immediatly.

Thanks, I hope it's fixed ASAP we do weekly newsletters which are vitally important, so this is really disrupting us.

Yes, they are blocking us. We have called and send mails several times, but they only told us we have to wait until they contact us.
One of our german customers told us, that we are not the only ones - other forum hosters are blocked by them as well.
