Hi i have a new member joined on Sunday I had an email to say admin to approve, Done all that but it won't let her login. Say has informed me that she never got an email to confirm here login details ? what can i do ?

Maybe there was an typing error in her email? Have you checked that?

She can login without the email after you have confirmed her registration by just using the nickname and the password she used as she registered.
If she doesn't remember, she can type in her nickname and click on the forgot password? function. Then she receive a new password. Please check if her mail is right before she do that.
