Hello, the chat on my page is not working. I haven't done anything special to my site, just set it up using the features that are available. No CSS code or added html. No matter what browser I use it will not work

Hello Souldoubt,

what do you mean with not working?
Can you click on it? Does it just didn't send the messages? Does it send the messages but they are not arriving in the chat?
Please give us more details.

At least please check the rights for the chat for the group you are in (admin → extras → chat).
