I have stopped using Xobor and transferred my site to my own private servers, BEFORE 1st December, so we were all paid up.

Hello, please give us your (old) forum number so i can have a look at the account. Did you cancelled the rate? If not, it's still active and correct. You have to cancel the rate if you don't want it any longer.
