Is there a setting for the chat room where if a member is on chat and not chatting they will auto be kicked/banned from the chat room?

A member will be disconnected automatically after about 15 minutes of inactivity.

the time out does not work we have ppl not posting in the chat setting there half the day.

are they reloading the forum, posting and flip through the pages of the forum? Then they're not inactive.

So activity on the boards equals being activity in chat? That don't make since. The Chat should be for those using the chat not just being on the forum surfing
