You can not do this
Each member can change there own password via there profile if they wish.

Hi,
he can use the forgot password function when he log in.
He just have to type in his member name and click on "send new password".
So he get's a password he can use to login and then change it to an own password again.

@Thejus Mani If you Master Administrator You can change the user password, prepare a blank email next edit user profil and change their E-mail (not displayed) with you blank email.

Go to Login, click Forgot your password? change username password and open your mailbox, & get a new password.

Or your User himself clicks on "forgot your password?" and create a new one. We do not recommend taking over user accounts as an admin.
