Yes:

• you set up the talk rights for each user group (admin → extras → talk)
• if you want the talk messages to show up in the activity feed, go to admin → extras → activity feed
• it's for free! The xobor talk feature is a free forum feature

How to delete a message?

If you want to delete the whole message, click on the message itself and then choose "delete".
Attention! If you delete a whole message, you also delete all it's answers and comments.
Just want to delete a comment?
Then hold your mouse over the comment and click on the link "delete".
If this comment has any comments written on itself, this comments will be also deleted.
