Welcome to our new series "Did you know?" for your Xobor forum! The possibilities you have with your Xobor forum are nearly limitless - so how did one should know all of the little things that are possible with one's forum? Once a week we give you another tipp to make the most of your forum. Today we are talking about: How to easily edit how new members enter your forum. Where can you find it? Admin → Users → Groups → Activating new members How to use it? You can edit two things here. 1. How new members will be activated. Should they get immediate access to the board after signing up, or do you want to have various control systems until they can enter the forum? 2. In wich group are guests, new members or banned members? Decide in which group each of this kind of member should be automatically. After that you can edit the access rights for this groups to keep guests out (if you want to) and new members in an not-all-open area.  Note: Pay attention to the point of the automatically chosen usergroup! If you don't give any rights to the usergroup "guests" but guests are actually automatically in another usergroup, they have all the rights of the usergroup they're in.
