Can you tell me the name of all these users who getting no private messages or emails?

in which category can i write some test-posts ?

hmmm not all of your moderators have the right to get report messages.

You can check this in your admininterface => Users => Moderators => "by clicking on the name"
The last row of the table (report topic) is the "rule" for receiving report messages

pls check your default-settings for "Standard user group"

Admininterface => User => Groups => "Which user group is chosen automatically?"
