Yes - a few of my members do - but where the problem lies, appears to be that I am seeing people awaiting activation, but I am not receiving the email to notify me to go to the site to activate them. I only realise that they are awaiting activation when I visit the site, whereas I have usually received an email to pre warn me.

Ref my problems. If it helps track the problem - I have left an awaiting activation on our forum for a new member called "golfer" This is set up with one of my email addresses. On applying - no request was received into my email for an email confirmation.

Hi,
I still have the problem as per my first communication. Request, Activation and confirmation emails are not going out automatically via the system.
I have tried another a few minutes ago. I received none of the 3 items.
