Would it be possible to answer members queries about problems more promptly, please? If our members ask us questions they expect an answer asap. If we don't know the answer we come to you who should be able to answer us fairly quickly. I note that sometimes days go by without an answer on here.

Thank you but it still isn't clear. I should have paid my account at the beginning of April but still haven't received a bill, if it isn't paid soon I would guess that I will lose my domain name. Going into the admin side I see this, please see screen shot. Can you explain please? |

Yes that's the correct number. Just been checking and although it was the correct date that I gave you, on the forum it gives me this so perhaps the subscription isn't due until the beginning of April?

Further to my enquiry, no payment has been taken from Paypal yet for my subscription due about 10 days ago. Is this usual please?

Ok, thank you. I was concerned that I wouldn't be sent an invoice for me to pay the subscription as my first one was a one off payment and that needs renewing every year.
I did have a spam email last year about the domain name. |

The subscription for our forum is due to be renewed next month and I aim to continue with my membership here. Do you send me a reminder so that I can pay via Paypal please? Also, I had this email this morning and I'm assuming that when I pay the subscription the Domain Name is taken care of automatically, is this correct, please? See copy below

You aren't the only one. Members on our forum can only post one image per post. I assume it's something to do with file size for better pictures. I was going to bring this matter up. Will admin advise please? |

A member has asked if it would be possible for forum ads to appear top and bottom of the screen rather than the side as they cut down screen size on tablets, iPhones etc. Other members agree that this would make forum life simpler. Would admin consider this please? Many thanks
