Hi Ingmar

I use the Stats.de to record traffic on my forum and they have posted this message in Deutsch, Wir stellen stats.de zum 30.11.2011 ab, bitte bauen Sie den Countercode aus Ihren Webseiten aus! Die Domain stats.de steht zum Verkauf.

I am guessing it says that from the 30.11.2011 it is no longer available so my question is can you recommend an alternative that will work with the forum as I
am sure I got the Stats.de from off this site somewhere.

Hi John,

I'm afraid you got the translation right.
Stats.de will completely shut down their service in 5 days.

We're currently working on integrating a custom statistic tool based on Piwik, but I don't think it will be up and running before Christmas.
If you need a new stats service right away you should be able to find several when searching for "free webstie statistics" on Google.

I have deleted the code for Stats.de from the footer in the admin section "headers & footers" but it still appears on the home page, just wonder if there is something else that I have missed.

I can't see any Stats.de leftovers in your forum?!
