Hi
Recently I upgraded to the Basis (Basic) package and have looked everywhere for the Forum Chat to no avail. How am I able to use this function?
Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Hi John,
the translation for the forum chat has not been completed which is why it is currently not available in our English forums.

Now that I know someone is actually waiting for the translation I'll make sure that they will be added this week.

Is it the same with the "Wiki Module". I am not sure if we need it or not but willing to see if it is something worthwhile to the group.

Just finished the chat translation - chat will be available for all premium forums tomorrow or wednesday

Forum Chat is now available for all forums with a basic premium rate or higher.

Admin→Extras→Chat

Let me know if there's anything that is not working as expected...

PS: I'm sorry but the wiki module will not be available anytime soon. It's still earlly in the beta stage in our German boards and a lot of changes will be made before we start the translation. I'll take this feature out of the premium rate descriptions for now.

its just hard to suss out in german from my end, but a great feature non the less, perfect for our mods, and only allowing members access at weekends, its like i have kids again.
