Does it usually take more than a day to get a reply of any kind? Even if you just say "thanks, we're looking into it", at least I would know the matter is not totally unnoticed or even ignored. I posted something at lunchtime today (2.15 pm your time in Europe) to enquire about emoticons having disappeared from my page on http://205930.xobor.com/ but still have no reply.

I do hope there will be some assistance tomorrow. I might post to ask again.
