wich browser do you use?
Have you changed anything in your forum before this problem occur?
Do your members have the same problems?

I see. Our german customers have had the same problem - it's a firefox bug and it's bound to version 23.1.
With the firefox 24 update the problem was solved.
Do you have the newest version of firefox (24)?

do have set the tick in "save a copy" before you sent a private message?

I didn't realise I had to save a copy. I thought a copy was saved automatically. Thanks Alice xx

I'm not sure yet, but i think you just have to click it once - then it's automatically.
