Recently our members reported that when they logged in from phones or tablets the forum appeared in German. We told them to click the "mobile ansicht deaktivieren" tab an all was well.
In the last week this tab has disappeared, could you let me know why it all changed in the first place and how the members can change it now please.
Hi, I wonder if you can give me some help regarding the forum app
It downloads without any problem but when searching, the members can't find our forum on there. We can't search the lists because unfortunately we don't speak German :)
Can you tell me why it doesn't show in a search? I have tried searching using the forum name, key words and searched the forum number but none work.
The search function doesn't seem to be working, we get this message:
Suche ist vorübergehend nicht möglich Aufgrund eines Problemes am Server ist die Suchfunktion vorübergehend nicht verfügbar. Ein Techniker wurde bereits informiert.
(I notice the search on this site is giving the same reply) I hadn't used the search so don't know how long it hasn't worked but one member said they noticed it about 4 days ago.
Wonder if you can let me know when this is likely to be back online please :)
All the settings are still in place - codes and everything are still the same as they were, it's probably just one small thing causing it but I can't find it yet.
Don't know if anyone has a similar problem but our site was down all last night and now it is back online the layout and skin of the board has gone haywire (and I haven't changed anything in the admin panel)
Would really appreciate some advice relating to what could have caused this and how to fix it. I have sent a message to support this morning but until I hear back from them if anyone else knows anything that could help that would be great.
Hi, I have been asked by a member if it's possible to have the amount of time a member has been 'thanked' for a post to be recorded and displayed in their profile/beneath their avatar.
eg:
ZitatA lot of other forums have this and, if it's just a tickbox to enable, it would be a nice way to see how members progress, other than post-count. Like;
Billymadiker, 500 posts, thanked 487 times Skotl, 6,000 posts, thanked 1 times
Is this something which could be considered for the future?
I did change the footer code but that was a week before the smileys stopped working. Haven't done anything with the template or uploaded any new icons.
Just this evening we have noticed that the forum pages are narrowing as more posts are made, is there something I can do to fix it or is it just a temporary glitch?

Do you know how long before the renewal the invoice will be sent? I have been checking but no sign of it yet and it's getting close to the renewal date :)
Hi When I started the forum I registered the site name through Xobor. Now it's nearly a year old and I will need to renew the site name how do I go about this?
Can I do it through Xobor to keep the web address or should I register it with a domain registry company? If the latter, how do I get the authorisation code to transfer?
