please give us further informations.

- since when is it not working?
- what did you change in your forum, before it stops working?
- have you removed any code you have added to your forum and tried again?
- which browser do you use?
- which browser do your members use?
- is it not working for anybody or just for some of your users?
- if it just not working for some - are they in the same member group?
- are you sure that nobody has changed the rights for the chat? - please doublecheck as well
- what is "not working"? can you enter the chat and it is just not sending messages? Is it not visible? Is there an error message? What does it say?

Please try this and remove the codes you have added to your forum. It doesn't matter if you have them for month or maybe years and they are working fine. Extern codes can be influenced from the websites where they are from, too. Because of this it could happen, that they are not working anymore or causing mistakes - even if you don't change anything by yourself in the forum.
