    My admin page www.ccgforum.org is in German and all features have been disabled, I think this may have been caused by switching back from one of the premium packages to the basic package but not certain. Any help would be appreciated.

    I have looked around the Q&A but can't seem to find out the reccomended file size for uploading pictures to the forum. Is there a maximum size?

    I don't know if this would help with the translation but I am using Windows 7 and find that if I highlight the German text and right click to get a menu I scroll down to "tranlate using Bing" and usually find that's good enough.

    Of course I suppose the guys at Xobor would rather have it translated with our help but it must be a lot of work to get it sorted in all different languages.

    Still its one of the best forum providers around.

    Recently I upgraded to the Basis (Basic) package and have looked everywhere for the Forum Chat to no avail. How am I able to use this function?

    I have deleted the code for Stats.de from the footer in the admin section "headers & footers" but it still appears on the home page, just wonder if there is something else that I have missed.

    I have created an Event on the Calendar and showed the time as starting 19:00 hrs but when I go to the home page and check the Event reminder it shows the time as 18:30 hrs. Any idea why this would be.

    I use the Stats.de to record traffic on my forum and they have posted this message in Deutsch, Wir stellen stats.de zum 30.11.2011 ab, bitte bauen Sie den Countercode aus Ihren Webseiten aus! Die Domain stats.de steht zum Verkauf.

    I am guessing it says that from the 30.11.2011 it is no longer available so my question is can you recommend an alternative that will work with the forum as I
    am sure I got the Stats.de from off this site somewhere.

    Today we started getting adverts in german for german companies instead of the usual english adverts. Is this a planned change to the customer or has it been an oversight.

    In the Calendar addition, when you add and event and then view the event down the left side where the Calenar symbol is situated and you have Private/Public it is overlayed with a pop out of map location etc and it is all obscured there.

    The "New Post" message on the forum to the left of the threads is in white and doesn't show up well on my forum with a light blue background and wondered how I can change the colour.

    I have looked through all of the settings but can't locate it.

    Hi Ingmar it occurs in/on all the pages when replying to posts. In your example pic it looks as though you have not typed enough words as it inserts for me as well when the type is not underneath the smilies but when you have say two lines of text then the smilies below the first line can't be accessed.

    I am using Explorer 8

    When inserting a smilie into a message I can usually only pick one of the smilies from the top row. If you try to go further down the rows of smilies the cursor goes off and you have to try again but cannot get past the first row. I have just tried it on the support forum board and everything seems OK but not on our forum. www.ccgforum.org

    I have been on the Stats.de at 22:50 this evening and the stats show that they ended pematually an hour early for us in the UK so I do not know if it is Xobor or the Stats,de that is at fault, any idea.
